But when it’s cold and wet outside ourselves to the gym seems that much more difficult. The Garmin blog has a great post with some excellent tips to help you stick with your workouts through the winter months you can read it </span><a href="http://garmin.blogs.com/my_weblog/2008/12/train-like-ben.html#more"><span style="font-size: small; color: #0000ff; font-family: Calibri;">here</span></a><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Another great way to keep yourself motivated is to create a workout calendar ahead of time and set both weekly and monthly goals for yourself.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Getting a </span><a href="http://www.ifitnessgear.com/"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">fitness</span></a><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;"> magazine and cutting out a photo or two of what your body is going to look like is another great idea. you can tape the photo up in your bathroom for inspiration. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Rewarding yourself after a great workout is a good way to apply a little pavlovian conditioning. If you own a </span><a href="http://www.ifitnessgear.com/juicers"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">juicer</span></a><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;"> a fresh juice can make a great reward. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Hands down the most effective way to keep yourself going to the gym is to find a good workout partner who will not let you off the hook on those days you are feeling less than motivated.</span></p>

Young outlines his program for cleansing which many claim to have used with great success. A central part of the program focuses on the benefits of drinking raw vegetable juice on a daily basis. For those new to juicing this may sound a little strange but it is amazing how good juice made from cucumbers, celery, spinach, cabbage, broccoli and just about anything else you would typically eat in a salad actually tastes. Here is one of my personal favorite recipes. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">1/2 of a cucumber</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">2 stocks of celery</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">1 cup of spinach</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">When juicing it is important to always use organic produce and it’s also a good idea to juice with a <a href="http://www.ifitnessgear.com/omega-juicer-8005-masticating-nutrition-center.html">masticating juicer</a>. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span></span></p>
