With its easily adjustable pedals, the BodyCraft VR100 Rowing Machine offers safe, effective workouts for exercisers of all sizes. The pedals can be modified up to 44 inches to match the length of your legs for a comfortable workout. The height and angle are also adjustable. A sealed urethane seat and lightweight, rubber-coated aluminum handle add to this state-of-the-art rowing machine’s sleek design. Boasting a space-efficient design, this compact exercise machine easily folds to fit a 16” x 24” space for easy storage. Precision-bearing rollers allow the ergonomic seat to glide easily.
The console of the VR100 rowing machine displays time, distance, strokes, and calories burned. When used in conjunction with the optional Polar T34 chest strap or another compatible heart rate monitor, the console also functions as a heart rate receiver to keep you apprised of your level of exertion. Level 1 features air resistance, and levels 2-6 feature air and magnetic resistance.
